1 cup nuts
2/3 cup light vegetable oil
2/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
5 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup dried fruit
- toast nuts in a 350* oven for 5-10 mins.
- remove and allow to cool
- reduce heat to 325*
- in large bowl mix honey, oil and cinnamon
- add oats and wheat germ and toss until throughly coated
- spread oat clusters on large cookie sheet
- bake for twenty minutes stirring once halfway through
- allow to cool completely then mix with nuts and fruit
- can be stored for up to three weeks
