Easy- Peasy Pineapple Upsidedown Cake


Artfully arrange pineapple slices
in a buttered cake pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Make yellow cake mix according
to package directions,
substituting pineapple juice for the water.
Carefully pour batter on pineapple.
Bake on cookie sheet.
Let finished cake cool for ten minutes
then flip on to a serving plate.
Viola!
The perfect retro-dessert to enjoy
while watching this movie tonight!
