This morning my cousin gave birth to a beautiful baby boy! One year ago today our Grandmother died. I think it's just a great honor to her memory and a wonderful way to mark what otherwise could have been a sad day for our family. We all miss you Nanny H.
My sister, Tracy is an artist and her medium is frosting.
So, guess what I did- I found the little book that came with my camera and finally figured out how to take close-up pictures! Yay me! The above is a mug that I got from a rummage sale a while ago. It's so tiny- I'm using a penny as a saucer!

I particularly love the title of this entry.
Life is very circular, isn't it?
That is so wild, the birth on the anniversary of the death. It does re-claim the day. So what did you learn that you didn't know about the camera? Is there a secret to close-ups?
